Ventesima serata della residency degli U2 a Las Vegas
Dopo le prime due date del ritorno degli U2 con una seconda parte della loro residency a Las Vegas, questa sera la band di Dublino si esibirà per la 20esima serata consecutiva nella ipertecnologica Sphere.
Giusto due giorni fa sono state annunciate le ultime 4 date conclusive di questa residency: 23 & 24 febbraio, 1 & 2 marzo.

Tryin To Throw Your Arms Around the World si apre con Bono che racconta una passeggiata finita col portare un palloncino a casa dalla propria signora,
“Oh. The simple pleasures. A walk in the park. A walk down the street. Bringing a balloon home to your missus after a big night out”
e qui attacca lo snippet da Landlady a cui poi cambia i versi dicendo
“I dreamed I saw Ali, with a supermarket trolley, trying to throw her arms around our girls”
Si forma una porta dietro il palco e Bono suona due volte, senza ricevere risposta ma lascia lì il palloncino per la sua Ali.
Prima di All I Want is You Bono ringrazia lo staff del MSG e ricorda una visita a maggio con gli ingegneri all’interno della Sfera.
Alla fine del brano aggiunge un paio di versi da Sacrifice e Rocket Man di Elton John, gli stessi che lo stesso Elton ha recentemente combinato per un nuovo brano Cold Heart cantato insieme a Dua Lipa, presente fra il pubblico dello show stasera.

Prima di Love Rescue Me Bono riflette sulla sparatoria di oggi all’UNLV . Più tardi durante Beautiful Day Bono si ferma a menzionare le specie in via di estinzione sopra di lui, aggiungendo
