Sesto appuntamento per gli U2 alla Sphere di Las Vegas
Siamo arrivati all’11 ottobre e al sesto appuntamento con gli U2 e la loro residency alla Sphere di Las Vegas.
Il precedente concerto ha fatto notizia per Bono che, prima di interpretare Pride (In The Name of Love) e MLK, ha speso delle accorate parole sulla guerra in Israele e Gaza, emozionandosi ed emozionando il pubblico.
Lo scorso concerto ha visto anche la rilevante riduzione dei brani in setlist: da 22 a 20.

Problemi tecnici all’interno della Sphere hanno impedito la trasmissione audio mixlr da parte dei fan. L’articolo verrà presto aggiornato appena avremo più informazioni sul concerto appena terminato.
Sembra comunque che la band abbia eseguito stasera la setlist con la sezione estratta da Rattle And Hum, come nelle prime date della residency.

Nel momento palloncino/fan/ Tryin’ to Throw Your Arms Around the World non è stato fatto salire nessuno sul palco con la band perché pare Bono abbia detto di ‘star guarendo dal covid’:

Bono, nel momento degli encore, ha indossato al braccio una fascia nera con disegnato un cuore, in segno di lutto per l’uccisione di innocenti in Israele.
